Check-in: From 11:00 AM – 4:00 AM (Early Check-In charge 50% off the overnight rate)

Check-out: Until 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Late Check-out charge 70% off the overnight rate)

Payment Terms: 50% deposit on reservation, Balance upon check in

Cancellation/ prepayment: Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type and seasons.

Children and Extra Beds: All children are welcome. Children under 5 years stay free

Included in the rates: Breakfast and local taxes, welcome drink, free internet

Proof of East African residency required

Airport transfer from Entebbe International Airport – USD 45-60 per vehicle (1-3 persons), one way. Extra person charged USD 10 per way.

Payment options: Cards accepted at ROYAL NEST HOTEL. The hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

Accepted Credit Card Payments: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Union Pay

Mobile Money Payments: MTN MOMO, Airtel Pay

Should you wish to pay in cash, we accept Ugandan Shillings (UGX/Ush), Kenyan Shillings (KSH), Tanzania Shillings (TSH), Rwandan Franc (RWF), US dollar, Euro and GBP at the rates specified on the website.

In Uganda they do NOT accept US dollars given out before 2010

Please note that the exchange rate fluctuates on a daily basis. Please ask for the exchange rate at time of payment to avoid any confusion on this matter.

Please note that the full amount regarding the reservation must be settled BEFORE the time of check-in. Please always ask for a receipt to document your payment

PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

All guests at ROYAL NEST HOTEL ENTEBBE are required to present a valid identification upon check-in, which may be either a passport, East Africa National ID or National ID for Uganda nationals. Uganda Nationals can check-in with either a passport, National ID or a valid Uganda driving license.

 CANCELATION/PREPAYMENT

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of the required rate for the relevant cancelation and prepayment policy.

Cancellation Charges; The charges below only apply to 100% advance payment on accommodation. If you only paid our required 50% deposit, this won’t be refunded. Refer to our reservation team for seasonal (Christmas, New Year, Easter & High Season) T&Cs

• 25% if cancelled four days in advance
• 50% if cancelled two or three days in advance
• 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled
• 100% if cancelled one day prior to booking / travel or on the same day.

Note:

Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.
